Return Requests

Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Email your order number, item, reason, and relevant photographs. Obtain approval and the designated return address before shipping; do not automatically use our registered address.

Condition and Exclusions

Preference-based returns must be unused, complete, unaltered, and suitably protected, with proof of purchase. Opening the package alone does not disqualify a return. Personalized items, gift cards, clearly disclosed final-sale items, and customer-damaged or incomplete items may be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Problems with Your Order

Report damage, defects, wrong items, or shortages promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days. Include product, packaging, and label photographs. Confirmed seller errors receive an appropriate remedy without additional costs caused by that error.

Costs and Refunds

Customers pay preference-based return shipping; original shipping is generally nonrefundable. No restocking fee applies. Use tracked shipping. Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval; bank posting may take longer.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Exchanges depend on stock. Cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins; successful pre-fulfillment cancellations incur no cancellation fee.
